Karen’s journey into the Insurance Industry began over a decade ago within Commercial Property Insurance. Karen later transitioned into marine insurance joining Falvey Yacht Insurance in 2014 as an Underwriting Assistant. Karen quickly moved up the ranks to Charter Fleet Underwriter and in 2018 joined Flagship as Vice President. 

Karen’s specialization in Charter Fleet Underwriting mixed with her spirited and affable personality has gained her an approachable and dependable reputation within the charter market. Karen is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire Yacht Charter book of business.
